Emily K Beddall is the founder and CEO for Blue City Events, right here in Kansas City.
Emily has over 10 years of Event Planning experience and over 200 unique events on her resume. She leverages that expertise for her clients and produces outstanding events. Most recently, she was recognized by the CA State Assembly for her work with non-profits. Emily has a passion for planning events that create a lasting impact and she brings that passion to Blue City Events.
Emily lives in Shawnee with her husband and two daughters and enjoys supporting small businesses and organizations around the city. She believes in making a difference through her work and is looking forward to working with you!
Ella Heiden
Ella joined Blue City Events as an Events Coordinator in 2024. She has held a few roles in the events industry including athletic operations at Iowa State University, Wedding Coordinator at Toast in Ankeny, IA, marketing events coordinator for DRA Properties, and Event Coordinator for a lighting company. Ella enjoys all events and loves to see ideas come to life!
Ella grew up in Ankeny, Iowa where she was very involved in dance and cheer. She went to Iowa State University where she graduated with a degree in Event Management and was a member of Delta Delta Delta. Ella enjoys spending time with her large family when home, shopping and taking her dog, Reggie, on walks. Ella also loves a sweet treat!
Morgan Spoor
Morgan joined Blue City Events as an Events Coordinator in 2023, new to the events industry. From intimate gatherings to large-scale events, Morgan is dedicated to helping make sure every detail is perfect and every moment is memorable. With a creative spirit and a commitment to excellence, Morgan is always ready to go above and beyond to ensure that every event is a success. Morgan was raised in Olathe but now lives in Topeka. One cool fact about Morgan is that she was adopted from Russia!
